Bill Peterson is the founder of Flying Ship Technologies, Corp. and has almost 20 years of experience using his engineering and corporate strategy expertise to support commercialization and product differentiation for the world’s largest aerospace and defense companies, serving in diverse roles across corporations, governments, consultancies, and trade groups. 
Currently, Mr. Peterson runs a personal consulting business, Peterson Corporate Services LLC, which provides the majority of his income. He is also the COO of NOVA Family Rentals, LLC and the owner of Ground Effect Technology, LLC. He spends 60% of his time on Flying Ship and works on ad-hoc consulting contracts to supplement his income while developing the company. Mr. Peterson plans to focus 100% of his time on Flying Ship once the company receives funding. Please refer to the Offering Memorandum for further details.















Gus Bateas



COO


Gus Bateas is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Flying Ship Technologies, Corp. Gus is an aerospace, defense, and maritime executive with 35 years of industry experience and a solid and proven track record.
Currently, Mr. Bateas runs a personal consulting business, GMB Associates, LLC, which provides the majority of his income. He spends 60% of his time on Flying Ship, is currently part-time and works on ad-hoc consulting contracts to supplement his income while developing the company. Mr. Bateas plans to focus 100% of his time on Flying Ship once the company receives funding. 















Sam Aconfora



Human Resources Lead


Sam Aconfora is an accomplished HR leader with over 30 years of industry experience. Primarily focused on the aerospace and defense sector, he has worked with large and small firms to provide human capital guidance and leadership, helping them to acquire top talent. 
Sam is currently part-time and transitioning to full-time once the company has adiquate funding. 















Capt. Steve Bomgardner



Maritime Regulatory & Business Development Lead


Capt. Steve Bomgardner has held global leadership roles in both Oil & Gas and Maritime industries. He is also is currently Regional Managing Director, Americas & Global Commercial Director at The Bahamas Maritime Authority. 

Steve is currently part-time and transitioning to full-time once the company has adiquate funding.

Nick Breedlove serves as a Strategic Advisor to the founding team at Flying Ship Technologies, Corp., and the Flying Ship Company. He brings an objective perspective assisting with the investment objectives, go to market strategy, and pitfalls of early-stage ventures.

Legal Advisor


April Parnell is an attorney offering consulting services for compliance issues regarding Exports, ITAR and contractual issues including FAR, DFARS, NAVAIR, Sarbanes Oxley, FCPA, and Anti-boycott. She advises Flying Ship on contracts and legal affairs in support of the company’s strategic goals.

Gus is currently a contractor with the organization. 















Dan Stohr



Communications Lead


Dan Stohr is a communications executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sector, including more than a decade with the sector’s largest and most influential trade association. He has a strong background in government relations, for both corporations and associations.
Dan is currently a part-time contractor and transitioning to full-time once the company has adiquate funding.
