Company Description

KneeVoice is on a mission to enable everyone to understand the health of one of the most prominent joints in the human body—the knee. With its two products, the KneeVoice Diagnostic Device and the KneeVoice Wearable, the company is seeking to distribute its knee monitoring technology to medical professionals and individual consumers around the globe. Initially, the company is focused on U.S. distribution and growth and has already been granted patents for its monitoring technology and diagnostic user interface technology. KneeVoice is seeking additional capital to fund its domestic and eventual international expansion, as it begins rolling out its business-to-business and consumer products. With its technology, KneeVoice hopes that everyone can continuously understand their own joint health and make appropriate life choices to increase the longevity of these vital joints.

Recommendations

High Upside, low risk

Investors get SAFEs which can convert into equity during future offerings. KneeVoice's pre-money valuation is $10 million. This company has received patents for its products and is awaiting FDA approval. They've done hundreds of tests on thousands of patients and have a proven product.

Personal Opinion

KneeVoice has a proven product and data to back it up. Their product aims to disrupt the medical device industry as they provide a cheaper alternative to MRIs and other tests. Outside of the doctor's office, the wearable brace will revolutionize the 'wearable' industry, allowing doctors to collect exact data to ensure their patients get the best treatment. Executive Management will not receive any money from this campaign, and the CEO has very relevant experience. The largest concern is whether or not the product will get FDA approval, but I believe the team's dedication to the project will ensure they are approved.
