CEO & Chairman of the Board


Greg Czerpak is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at 2nd Skull, Inc. He is an experienced and seasoned executive in the sports retailing space and has led a number of product initiatives and launches in sporting goods and sports technology. Greg has over 20 years of experience leading teams in merchandise strategy and operations. Originally joining 2nd Skull as President & Chief Operating Officer, Greg continues managing the day-to-day operations and key business relationships.















Kevin Lynch



Member - Board of Directors / VP of Business Development


Kevin Lynch is the Vice President of Business Development at 2nd Skull, Inc. He serves on the Company’s Board of Directors and manages partnership accounts. Kevin also coordinates product testing procedures, raw material procurement, and manufacturing activities. With 25 years of capital formation experience in a variety of business settings, Kevin manages investor relations and compliance efforts for 2nd Skull.












Dr. Michael Oh, MD



Director, Board of Directors


Dr. Michael Oh serves as a Director on the Company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Oh is Vice Chairman of Education and Director of Spine Surgery at the University of California Irvine. He also is a Clinical Professor at the University of California Irvine’s School of Medicine / Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. Oh has experience as an independent consultant to the National Football League and provides valuable insights, opinion, and support for 2nd Skull.
