By incorporating the opinions and insights of the Showmakers, American Stories has achieved the democratization of entertainment and decentralization of TV show distribution, bringing the industry closer to the people it serves.
ASE’s Secret Sauce
DIVERSIFIED DISTRIBUTION
ASE creates and controls its own content. We are “distributor agnostic” – meaning we do not rely on single points of distribution for our content (i.e. one network / one studio), thus ensuring we remain independent. This is very different from most entertainment brands.
The company is building and deploying an ever-growing series of distribution channels for its content. Diversity of broadcast platforms is at the core of the ASE business model which ensures that its content is never de-platformed by the whims of anyone. ASE will not go down!
The current platforms include ASE’s own Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV channels. broadcast, online, satellite and more are coming in 2023 and beyond.
WHOLLY OWNED ORIGINAL CONTENT
We directly create our own content and thus own our intellectual property rights in their entirety. This allows us to capitalize on all potential revenue streams from the content including licensing, ad monetization, merchandising, new formats and more.
FAN FOCUSED - ASE SHOWMAKERS
We develop our shows starting with research data direct from viewers, called “Showmakers”. This drives much of our creative decisions. Through a series of stages, which involve a documentary-like pilot or a mini-series, we establish the long-term profitability of the concept, make any adjustments after the initial content distribution, and then expand the specific programming as appropriate.
WHERE IT COUNTS

American Stories has earned substantial revenue since its founding and has successfully raised funding under Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF). In 2021, they raised $712,754.00 through the sale of common stock under Reg CF. Then in 2022, they raised an additional $131,908 through the sale of common stock under Regulation Crowdfunding. They also conducted a campaign under 506(b) in 2022 and raised $234,751 in convertible notes. The company is currently involved in its third Regulation Crowdfunding with funds raised totaling over $170,000.

This is an offering of Common Stock, under Tier 2 of SEC Regulation A – Conditional Small Issues, in American Stories Entertainment, Inc. Up to $15,000,000 in Common Stock may be raised at $2.50 per share. This is a “best efforts” raise.
Limited bonus shares:
Each of the first 400,000 shares purchased will be matched with a bonus share.
Every two of the second 400,000 shares purchased will be matched with a bonus share.
Total shares offered in this offering (including bonus shares): 6,600,000.
