Adam has held the position of CEO at HYLETE for 10 months. Prior to becoming CEO, Adam was HYLETE's CFO for almost 3 years. Before his time at HYLETE, Adam was the Chief Financial Officer at National Cardiac, Inc. from 2017-2019. Adam has also held the position of CFO at Lamkin Corporation, H20 Audio, Inc. and Mad Dog Multimedia. Inc. Adam holds a BS Accounting from Binghamton School of Management and an MBA from the Wharton School.















Jamie Wardlow



VP of Marketing


Jamie has been our Vice President, Marketing since April 2013. He is the former Ecommerce Manager at Nixon Watches and Jaco Clothing. Jamie holds a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University.















Pete Dirksing



VP of Product


Pete Dirksing has been our Vice President, Product since March 2014. Previously, he was the Director of Product at X-1 Audio and prior to that the Director of Product at Jaco Clothing. Pete holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego.

Scott Kennerly has been our Vice President, Technology and Operations since October 2014. Prior to joining our company, Scott was the Director of Technology and Ecommerce at X-1 Audio, specializing in full-cycle ecommerce integration and business automation.















Andy Gilkison



VP of Sales


Andy Gilkison has been our Vice President, Sales since January 2022. Prior to joining our company, Andy has worked with many athletic brands, leading revenue and strategy in the apparel and gear/accessory categorites. His experience includes leading sales for OGIO, directing the global golf accessory division for Puma, and a partner in launching lifestyle golf apparel brand Pahr. Andy holds a BA in Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.















Alessa Blackwell



Investor Relations and HR Manager


Alessa has been with HYLETE since June 2018 and was on the Brand Experience team before her current Investor Relations and HR Manager Role. She previously worked for GRACEDBYGRIT from 2017-2018, and for 6 years with the University of Colorado Denver in annual giving and donor relations. She holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder. 















Alicia Gonzalez



Director of Marketing


Alicia has been with HYLETE since 2015 and was on the Brand Experience team before her position on the marketing team and is now Director of Marketing. She previously worked for the Hyatt Regency and Behr Process Corporation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.















Lilia Nevarez



Controller


Lilia has been with HYLETE since 2015 as the company's Controller. Prior to joining HYLETE, she was the Assistant Controller at X-1 Audio. Lilia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from San Diego State University.















Gregory Seare



Director


Greg is the co-founder and managing director of Black Oak Capital. In this role, he leads overall strategy formulation and fundraising while overseeing deal sourcing, due diligence, and new investments. Black Oak has invested over $100 million in senior debt, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity financings. Prior to Black Oak, Greg was a founder and managing director at Seare Marriott & Co, a middle-market investment banking firm with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Richmond, Virginia. Previously, Greg worked at BB&T and Virginia Capital Markets in Richmond, Virginia where he had over $2 billion of transaction experience spanning multiple industries. Greg received an MBA and MPP from William & Mary (where he was a Jefferson Fellow) and a BS in Political Science from the University of Utah. Mr. Seare was an active Scout Leader for more than a decade and serves as a board member for the Guadalupe Charter School.















Kurt Hanson



Director


Along with sitting on HYLETE's board, Kurt is a Managing Partner at Black Oak Capital Partners and is also an adjunct professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he teaches Strategic Management and Policy. Kurt has also held several business management positions at companies such as Kurokazan, Cornerstone Wealth Management, and MassMutual Financial Group. Kurt holds a BSBA in Marketing and an MBA from University of Nevada - Las Vegas.















Doug Hegebarth



Director


Doug is an experienced C-level Executive who mentors early stage scalable deep tech companies. He helps them to define their business model, as well as identify how best to accelerate their growth. Along with sitting on HYLETE's Board, Doug is also a Partner at Syndicate708, where he has been for almost three years. Doug has also been the President & CE0 of Aviara, Inc for over 20 years.
