Brandon is passionate about solving problems and creating new products. 
Outside of work, he loves to play with his kids and Bernese Mountain Dog, travel to Walt Disney World and Maine, and garden.















Brad Bertsche



Senior Full Stack Software Engineer


Brad has over 12 years of professional full-stack web development experience. He has worked on a number of projects over the years in various languages including PHP, Python, Go, and JavaScript. He is able to take a design and bring it to life. Prior to LifestyleCX, he ran his own web development consulting business.
Outside of work he enjoys weight lifting, music, art, and video games.

Peggy has over 35 years of experience in customer service and account management. Her strengths include consumer satisfaction and being a corporate support manager. She is able to bring innovative solutions and flexibility to her roles. With over 12 years of experience in the leisure marine industry, Peggy generated over $1M in additional annual revenue through her strong interpersonal skills and relationships between the manufacturers and their customers. She is able to shift gears quickly and adapt to new systems and industries with a willingness to learn and support her team. 
Peggy enjoys travel, the outdoors, being creative, and spending time with family and friends.

Robert spun Halyard Capital out of BMO Merchant Banking and continued as the firm's Managing Partner until late 2018. He presently sits on the Board of Directors for Point Pickup Technologies, a last-mile logistics, and Curacity, a travel technology firm based in New York City.  
Robert previously represented Halyard Capital on the Boards of Jun Group, Engauge Marketing, LLC; Women’s Marketing, Inc., Practice Insight, American Consolidated Media, Inflow, North Dakota Holdings, and TRANZACT.
