Key Deal Facts

We believe we are one of the only complete live event management platforms. With low-cost ticketing and a collaborative event management solution, we target a receptive market that we feel has exciting potential. Independent venues in the US generate over $10 billion in revenue per year. That’s where we’re starting. (source, source)

Justin Kantor, our founder, has deep connections and access to the market. He started and operated the seminal NYC venue Le Poisson Rouge (source) and co-established the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), which successfully lobbied for $16 billion in federal relief funding for live music venues (source).

We are launching a completely redesigned version with over 2 years of R&D, including input from a variety of operators around the country.
