Erik Vadersen



CFO / VP Business Development


Mr. Vadersen is the founder and Managing Director of International Rail, Inc, & BaJa Technology, LLC. He has successfully raised more than $10M for seed ventures and has worked with notables such as Carlyle, Reservoir, Polaris, and various private investors. Mr. Vadersen began his career with Zurich Financial and consulted with Gulfstream Aerospace, Hawker-Beechcraft, NetJets, and private aircraft and vessel fleet owners. 
He currently provides financial and operational guidance to early-stage companies and develops mobile applications in the social, healthcare, and defense space. Mr. Vadersen holds an MBA from Wake Forest University. 
Mr. Vadersen's primary occupation is working for BaJa Technology, LLC. He serves part-time for Espre Technologies, Inc., working 20 hours per week.

David Veney



Chief Operating Officer


Mr. David Veney, is Chief Operating Officer of Espre Technologies, Inc. a signal processing and communication design house with clientele from both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the commercial telecommunications sector. Mr. Veney received his Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Veney has extensive executive-level program management and systems engineering experience in organizations supporting the Department of Defense. 
Mr. Veney recently completed an effort to develop and mature an innovative short-range wireless capability for use within DoD. Mr. Veney has served as a project and product manager, systems engineer, and architect within a diverse range of industry organizations from small to multi-national. In these roles, Mr. Veney was responsible for coordination and development of comprehensive program management, systems engineering, architecture products, as well senior level scientific and applied research consultation.
