CrowdLustro seeks to assist and engage new and experienced investors in the analysis of these alternative
asset classes. CrowdLustro intends to be the go-to source for crowdsourced diligence to assist investors in
their analysis of individual deals. This is accomplished by providing a system for the “crowd” to create
reports for individual deals by signing up with the platform as a Reporter. CrowdLustro currently focuses on
postings in the United States. CrowdLustro acquired 100% of So.Capital Inc. and finalized the acquisition on
October 8, 2021. SoCapital Inc, is an aggregator of equity crowdfunding offerings, donation crowdfunding
campaigns, rewards-based crowdfunding campaigns, collectibles and non-fungible token offerings. SoCapital
offerings are global and not limited to the United States.
