Rockfish will offer a core “Classics” menu of exceptional quality seafood that diners may come to know and love. In addition, Chef Michael plans to offer seasonal specialities highlighting oysters from across the globe, imported delicacies, Chef’s Tasting menus, and wine pairings all focused on bringing in fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Michael is excited to work with local farmers as well as seafood importers to bring this bright, unique menu to life.
