Our contract agrees that investors will receive 90% of our profits until they have been repaid 1.5x their principal, after 1.5x return on investment, investors will get 30% of our profits for the life of the company, plus cool perks depending on their investment level.
New 5,000 sq. ft. location is on population-heavy Clement Street and is a rebuild of a beautiful bar first built in 1908.
Lost Marbles Brewpub will be the first and only brewpub in the Inner Richmond neighborhood, important because 50k people live within one mile of our location on 823 Clement St.
There are only 15 brewpubs in San Francisco compared to 70 in Portland, a city with a similar population.

Barrel Head has 30 employees, 90% of whom have been with the company since inception and several of whom will come work at Lost Marbles.
