Company Description

Life hurts, so we make massage robots to feel human again.

There is a shortage of therapists, a reputation of sexual misconduct, and escalating prices at massage/wellness clinics–and all of these are getting worse.

We believe we are the first to create a massage robot enabled by Machine Learning, AI, and Natural Language Processing to address the $110B global massage market.

Our current stage is pre-revenue with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). In the future, we anticipate offering a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) monthly subscription for B2B wellness clinics. Robots can work 24/7/365–no vacations, sick days, holidays, benefits, or taxes–to generate significant profits.

I see miracles every day.
Sometimes the miracle is expected, “I can get out of bed.”; sometimes it is sublime, “I can walk outside with my grandchildren”; sometimes the experience is overwhelming, “I am not afraid of falling”; sometimes it is life-changing, “I can take myself to the bathroom.”
I enjoy the rewarding challenge of being a Physical Therapist (PT). I help people regain their lives and restore their quality of life. For thirty years, I have worked with people from all walks of life as well as from every stage of life—from newborns and children to teenagers and elderly patients.
After earning a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University, I graduated from California State University Long Beach in Exercise Science with a board certification in Physical Therapy. I have continued to develop my professional skill-set with hands-on experience working with patients in hospitals, nursing homes, fitness centers, workplaces, rehab clinics, and private homes.
As a Home Health PT, I love working one-on-one with my patients—focusing on their mobility, safety, cognition, balance, strength, and endurance.

“No thank you, Denver Downing.”
Denver is my seven-year-old son. He is the youngest of my three wonderful sons. As a mom, I worry about other people's well-being. Whether they are seven or seventy years young, I naturally empathize with people. Some people want to get well, while other people need to be nudged toward a better path–with a gentle “no thank you.”
For nearly two decades, I have worked as a business administrator in the Health and Wellness field. From hair and tanning salons to massage and chiropractic clinics, I have experienced firsthand the challenge of managing and staffing wellness facilities. Additionally, I owned and operated a nutrition club, which offered classes on alternative healthcare options based on a holistic approach. In everything I do, I try to live well and pass it on to others.
I love what I do! I have the privilege to help people reach their wellness potential. I really enjoy supporting people on their journey to improve overall health and well-being. My career path has led me to a place where I’ve never been happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in my life. I believe that we all can live better lives.
 “No thank you… Be well.”

Dennis Conklin

Board of Advisors

How does an Army veteran go from selling pantyhose from the basement of his home in Wisconsin to becoming a franchise savant? It is a long and crazy road that Dennis Conklin has been on, and he wouldn’t change it for the world.
In 2005, Dennis’ wife came home after a massage at Massage Envy and told Dennis about the new and first-to-market member-based concept. Dennis bought regional developer and franchisee rights to San Diego without ever stepping foot into a Massage Envy. “This was such a unique business model, and I knew I wanted to be part of it from the start.” As the business grew at epic speed, in 2007 Dennis reached out to his youngest daughter, Dani, to come on board.
After successfully building the Massage Envy brand in San Diego, in 2010 the father-daughter team signed on to become the regional developers and franchisees for European Wax Center (EWC). With the franchise market providing several solid opportunities, in 2012 Dennis signed on to become the regional developer of The Joint…the chiropractic place in San Diego and Orange County. “This was being operated by the original Massage Envy team, who I was very confident in,” said Dennis.
In 2014 Dennis and Dani moved on to their next brand-building opportunity, Amazing Lash Studio. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed in any of the four brands with accolades including 2 Million Dollar Club and strongest sales closing at Massage Envy and Brand Ambassador at Amazing Lash Studio.
