Update 10/6/2022: The tenant owes rent for June-October and made a partial payment of $900 on 8/30. The tenant has been ignoring the Property Manager's calls and emails. A 3-day notice has been posted to the door. Based on the governance vote on how to handle tenant delinquencies, the winning vote is to offer Cash for Keys. The PM is not able to make contact with the tenant to offer Cash for Keys, so they will be moving forward with an eviction immediately. The Vacancy Reserve has been expended. You will begin receiving daily rental income again once a new lease begins.
