Update 8/18/2022: The Property Management fees have been reduced to 5.7% due to a new National Partnership Agreement between Lofty and the Property Manager, HomeRiver Group.
Update 10/5/2022: Tree trimming is required at the property to prevent damage from falling branches. The scope of work will include trimming the 40' willow tree back to provide 5’ clearance over roof and remove deadwood 2” and larger over the property. The total cost of repairs is $750. These funds will be deducted from the Maintenance Reserve. The PM advised this is required to protect the home from damage and the owners from liability.
