Much of that time was spent around craft spirits, cocktail culture, and mixology. As an advisor and investor, Ken has guided many founder-led emerging beverage companies towards growth and maturity with his wealth of diverse category experience across many food & beverage verticals.
Ken works approximately 3 hours per week as Board Chairman for BASECAMP Consulting Group, and 1 hour per week as Managing Partner for Flywheel Strategic Partners in addition to his 40 hours per week in his role with Drink Monday.
Anthony DomeniciChief Financial OfficerAnthony is a cross-functional executive that happens to be a financial expert. He's a well-rounded financial leader with 18+ years of experience in finance, treasury, and accounting. Extensive experience in public and private companies in financial services, real estate, and CPG industries. Dynamic thought leader and strategic business partner to all levels of an organization. 
In addition to Anthony working approximately 35 hours per week in his role with Drink Monday, he also currently spends 5 hours a week serving as co-founder and CFO of BASECAMP Consulting Group.

The common threads from his deep experience includes transforming complex problems into tangible plans and deliverables, building effective teams that execute at a high level, and creating products / services that make a difference. Chris is also a 3x successful entrepreneur and founder dedicated fully to supporting the mission and vision of Monday.
Marcelo Mascarenhas KerteszCo-Founder & Board MemberBorn in Brazil, Marcelo’s career path has indeed been unique and diverse, but with creative excellence and a passion for strategy and results being a common theme throughout.
Starting with an award-winning career in advertising back in Brazil — where he worked for clients big and small, global and local —, Marcelo later ventured into the political world as a sharp creative and strategist, amassing an amazing track record in electoral marketing. Altogether, Marcelo has acted decisively in seven presidential elections, in five different countries, six which were victorious.
Now established in Southern California, Marcelo serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at MANSCAPED and, as co-founder and previous Chief Creative, has a seat on the Board of Directors of Drink Monday.
Tonya WearnerCo-Founder & Board MemberTonya is the Senior Vice President of International Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain at Califia Farms. Leading market expansion in to new territories and channels of distribution along with local manufacturing solutions. She was previously the SVP of Ecommerce at Quest Nutrition and aided in their sale to The Simply Good Foods Company.
Garrett PotterInvestor & Board MemberGarrett is a CPG executive with 15+ years of experience working with high-growth companies. He began his career in M&A and fundraising, leading mid-market transactions across a variety of industries, then joined a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments in emerging lifestyle brands, including prAna, Boingo, Acorns Grow, and many others. For the past 8 years, Garrett has been working in CFO/COO roles for start-up CPG brands, leading one to an IPO (Hylete) and two others to strategic acquisitions (SKLZ; Vessel).
Garrett works approximately 40 hours per week as CFO/COO for goPure Brands in addition to working 2 hours per week in his roles with Drink Monday.

He has spent his entire career immersed in the youth & sport cultures in various roles from Creative Director to CEO, Chief Marketing Officer to Chairman of the Board. He was president & CEO of SPY Inc, leading a massive turnaround of the publicly-traded brand, and his creative leadership has helped a varied list of other brands and institutions like Surfrider Foundation, adidas, Nixon, Billabong, Ocean Pacific, Globe, 100%, Bluetorch, Outdoor Retailer and Surfing Magazine to name a few. A frequent lecturer on Marketing, Branding & Culture, Marckx enjoys learning from anyone willing to share.

Taylor Hartley Foxman-WeinerBoard MemberTaylor is a strategic advisor for 40 CEOs of leading emerging beverage brands globally; additionally she serves as a board advisor for 4 venture capital firms, hosts 2 podcasts on the convergence of retail, beverage and culture and contributes to Rolling Stone via her role on the Culture Committee. Prior to The Collective, Foxman served various roles across global beverage corporations such as Gruppo Campari, Boston Beer Company, Pernod Ricard, Stoli Group, Sidney Frank, Edrington Americas and more.
