Hardscoop is a federally permitted distillery and winery that creates desserts for adults. Using ultra-premium ingredients and infusing our proprietary wine blend, we create deliciously unique, artisan style ice creams and sorbets that range from 8 - 10% alcohol by volume! Our revolutionary and federally authorized ice cream making technique permits us to ship our product directly to consumers door step! Additionally, Hardscoop is sold at over 100 retail stores throughout North and South Carolina. With over 11 exciting flavors, we have something for all connoisseur’s of ultra-premium ice cream...but with a kick!

Hardscoop's revenue growth has doubled year over year for the past 3 years.
We believe the two things that make people the happiest are ice cream and alcohol. So we handcraft every single Hardscoop to be downright divine.
Direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipping of wine grew to $3.7 billion in 2020 which was the largest year-over-year increase ever 27%.

David Kirby, Chief Executive Officer, Director and Co-Founder
Founder and CEO David Kirby has over 40 years of business experience based in Commercial Real Estate in North & South Carolina. Working with local to Fortune 500 companies, giving him a national list of contacts and relationships to draw from for the Alcohol Industry. Days are now spent on building relationships and accounts to grow Hardscoop Inc. to an International Company.

Lynn R. Kirby, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director and Co-Founder
Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Co-Founder Lynn directs office management, oversees federal and state compliance for all alcohol products, and related issues with a background in bookkeeping and accounting.

Jason A. Kirby, President, Director, and Co-Founder
President, Director, and Co-Founder Jason has been a serial entrepreneur his whole life. Past companies founded by Jason include an Entertainment & Media company, as well as Publishing and E-Commerce companies. Now with eight years in the Alcohol Beverage industry, Jason is setting his sights on revolutionizing the way alcohol products can be made, packaged, and shipped to consumers.



Christopher Ledbetter
Chief of Operations, Director and Co-Founder
 As Chief of Operations, Chris thrives leading Hardscoop's dynamic and complex day-to-day business operations, utilizing his wide range of experience derived from 12+ of operations management experience with notable national companies. Also, as a director, Chris works closely with the board to assess the overall direction and strategic vision of Hardscoop.


Brad and Mary Ledbetter
Western NC Field Operations
Brad is a retired educator, firefighter and recipient of the Governor's prestigious Order of the Longleaf Pine. Mary is a military veteran, award winning educator, and recognized authority in the human resources industry. Together they are true pillars of their community in western North Carolina, and the perfect team to lead our western NC field operations. 



Josh Jordon
Piedmont NC Field Operations
Josh has a distinguished 20 year career in the gourmet food industry. With a passion for food and customer service, Josh leads our Piedmont NC Field Operations. 



Jason Stickney
Operations Manager
With a solid background in the Food & Beverage industry, Jason joined the Hardscoop team in early 2020 to fill a much needed role in operational support. His positive attitude and work ethic has made him an invaluable addition to the Hardscoop team.



Brendan Stewart
SC Field Operations
Brendan leads the Hardscoop South Carolina upstate field operations program. As a graduate of Clemson University with an Engineering Degree, Brendan has become an invaluable member of the Hardscoop team. Brendan is a brilliant engineer and a natural leader who is also working on a Masters degree from Clemson in the field of Biomedical Engineering.
