Gloria is the Founder of Story Partners, a premier public affairs and public relations firm, with expertise in complex communications on behalf of government, technology, healthcare, energy and transportation organizations. Gloria and past / current businesses have provided transformative guidance on managing national disasters and pandemics, including the resurrection of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, as well as providing complex organizational guidance to the U.S. Government in the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Gloria brings to Aperio a global network of strategic contacts in the Wellness and Luxury Products segments.

Jerry is the prior Founder and CEO of the National Association of Manufacturers, the largest global organization serving the manufacturing industry. Jerry serves as a Board Member of several publicly-traded corporations. Jerry brings to Aperio a vast global network of business leaders, to help drive Aperio value through investment, strategic insight, and business to business partnerships.

Charlie is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Stone Pier Advisors, leading Middle Atlantic investment bank. Charlie has served previously as the Head of Life Sciences Law (Jones Day) and Head of Corporate VC for Bayer AG. Charlie offers Aperio insight into complex, often cross-border joint ventures and distribution relationships, in addition to M&A.















Tina Alster

Dr. Tina Alster is the Founding Director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery and is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Georgetown University Medical Center, in Washington, D.C. She is one of the world’s foremost authorities on dermatologic laser surgery as well as aesthetic and clinical dermatology, authoring 8 textbooks and hundreds of peer-reviewed academic articles. Dr. Tina Alster has been an advisor to reputed global beauty companies on premium product development, including to L’Oréal (Lancôme skincare line) and Estée Lauder (La Mer skincare line). She brings to Aperio a rich knowledge of the premiere skincare marketplace and will guide the Company towards optimizing current and forward product lines and downstream strategic relationships.

Krista Joiner is a creative force behind multiple skincare brands and is highly regarded in the beauty industry with a successful career path. Creatively, she established and built many known professional skincare brands where she creatively is established as a pioneer.
Her dynamic vision and 23 plus years of experience in the beauty industry have helped skyrocket brands like Glo Skin Beauty, Jan Marini, Osmosis Beauty and most currently Blur Beauty from a start-up brand to a multi-million dollar brand in a short time.
