Company Description

Eventnoire is an online event management platform that provides end-to-end event management solutions and connects event lovers to immersive cultural experiences. Currently in-market with over 200,000 registrants, our platform is for event creators, and organizations that embrace diversity and culture. We also recycle dollars back into community organizations and creators by sharing ticket fees with loyal event organizers which helps realize incremental revenue.

Key Deal Facts

Eventnoire is here to eliminate the clutter of oversaturated, uncultured platforms, and reward event curators and creatives for pushing the culture forward.

There are over 47 Million back people in the U.S. who over index when it comes to setting the trends in fashion, sports, music, and entertainment. This group also will have an estimated $1.8 Trillion in buying power by 2024. But the opportunity is bigger than the Black community with culture influencing every aspect of society, every demographic, and every race. Due to the lack of culturally relevant events, paired with post-pandemic growth in the event industry - we are carving out a niche in the $94 Billion global ticketing industry.*

We are in over 21 markets globally, have worked with over 2,200 event partners, processed over $4.6 Million in transactions, and won first place in Mountain Dew’s 2021 Real Change Opportunity Fund Competition and the second annual BLK Tech Pitch Competition hosted by 1871.
