Use of Proceeds

If $100,000 is raised:

50% - Funds will be used to cover legal and filing fees to secure our patent portfolio 43.5% - Funds will be used to entitlements and permits for our Tucson proof-of-concept development  6.5% - Wefunder Fees

If $500,000 is raised:

10% - Funds will be used to cover legal and filing fees to secure our patent portfolio 10% - Funds will be used to entitlements and permits for our Tucson proof-of-concept development  73.5% -  Funds are placed into an Escrow account as the equity stake needed to release our construction loan, allowing us to build the first container home development of its kind anywhere in the world. 6.5% - Wefunder Fees  

If $1,070,000 is raised:

5% - Funds will be used to cover legal and filing fees to secure our patent portfolio 5% - Funds will be used to entitlements and permits for our Tucson proof-of-concept development  50% -  Funds are placed into an Escrow account as the equity stake needed to release our construction loan, allowing us to build the first container home development of its kind anywhere in the world 33.5% - Funds are placed in an Escrow account and will be deployed to purchase land and begin the entitlement process in our 25 target cities across the United States 6.5% - Wefunder Fees
