Chef Alex Stratta was recognized as one of “America’s Ten Best New Chefs” by Food & Wine Magazine, and won the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef: Southwest” Award. Intrigued by fine dining scene emerging in Las Vegas, Stratta left to found Renoir at The Mirage, before moving to open the eponymous, Alex at the Wynn Las Vegas, which earned a coveted Michelin 2-Star recognition, as well as multiple Forbes / Mobil 5-star and AAA Five Diamond Awards.Most recently, Stratta moved back to Scottsdale to open his own standalone restaurant inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean.
