Company Description

“Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed,” were the first words to reach Earth after the Apollo 11 astronauts landed on the surface of the Moon. This incredible feat – one that most thought impossible – captivated the world. Hours later, The New York Times published the famous headline “MEN WALK ON MOON.” Rally’s #APOLLO11 is an original copy of that newspaper and is signed by the three astronauts. In addition to the signed copy, the #APOLLO11 offering includes the New York Times July 17th, 1969, special supplement covering the mission. Good condition copies of that day’s Times are collectibles in their own right but a copy signed by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins makes it an extraordinarily rare historical artifact.
