• 80% -- Kitchen Buildout, including bar buildout, draft beer system, walk in cooler / chiller, seating and furniture, fire pit on the outside deck, sprinkler system modification, restrooms, lighting, games area, HVAC system
• 10% -- Marketing efforts
• 5% -- Payment of Corporate Overhead Fee to Sly Fox Brewing Co.
• 5% -- Wefunder intermediary fee
