Company Description
Renewable Energy Products Manufacturing (REPM) has designed multiple enhancements to significantly improve the output, longevity and productivity of solar panels. We believe our proprietary patented technologies for solar panels will make them easier to install, cheaper to buy, more heat resistant, and more effective by combining them with advanced battery storage. The Company is also developing solar projects and has over 10 megawatts of projects under contract.

Caitlin Hatch
Internal General Counsel
Caitlin is a 1985 graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a 1988 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. She began her legal career as a litigator at two of Philadelphia’s foremost law firms, Baskin, Flaherty, Elliott and Mannino, P.C., and Ballard, Spahr, Andrews and Ingersoll, P.C.
Caitlin became counsel to Lehigh Coal & Navigation Company in 1991, working on major federal litigation, corporate matters, including business issues concerning Lehigh. After joining the in-house counsel team in 1992, Caitlin became the Secretary/Treasurer and a Director of the corporation in 1994.
She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of a local bank and served on that bank’s Executive Committee. She is a past Hearing Committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
