Big Laugh Comedy drove over $2M in ticket sales and over $3M in food and beverage sales between October 2020 and October 2021. Although we didn't get a cut of the food and beverage sales, once we begin operating our own venues this will be a significant revenue stream.

Eric is the creative force behind Big Laugh. He has an extensive knowledge of media, branding, marketing and storytelling that bridges experiences at the intersection of people and technology. Eric works 5 hours per week at the company.

Robert is a journalist, raconteur, and enlightened dumbass. His work has been featured in places like MIC, Eater, Fatherly, Yahoo, Austin American-Statesman, Consequence of Sound, Ozy, USA Today, to name a few. He’s appeared on CNN and NPR. He also serves as features writer for Hussy Magazine, and is editor in chief for Big Laugh Comedy, Texas’ biggest comedy production company. He lives in Austin and loves ice cream and koalas. Bobby works 5 hours per week at the company.




















Danny Banegas Jr



Head of Event Operations


Avid comedy fan and enthusiast of all things comedy. Danny is in charge of producing live comedy events, back end support for booking and website, and manage event staff. Danny works 5 hours per week at the company.















Nate Estochen



Business Development


Nate handles business development at Big Laugh Comedy coming from a background of sales, marketing, partnerships and technical consulting in the biotech industry. Nate was a stand up comedy fan ever since his older brother would listen to Dane Cook albums in the car when Nate was an impressionable, and probably far too young age to be hearing those kinds of things. Nate works 30 hours per week at the Company.

Allison Wojtowecz is a stand-up comedian & business owner based in Austin, Texas. She loves being outside, traveling, and roasting the shit out of people. She runs social media, email marketing & content publications at Big Laugh. Allison works 6 hours per week at the Company.
