Scott has worked in the retail industry for over 15 years serving in support and management roles. He grew up in retail, learned life lessons in retail, went through COVID in retail, and became who he is today in retail. Scott's diverse and long history has taught him people make everything worth doing, and inspiring and supporting them is the most fulfilling thing he can do. These can take many shapes as well. Support can be operational like balancing staffing levels, inventory management, studying profit and loss reports, or scrubbing floors; and inspiring people can be as simple as sitting down with a cup of coffee and an open mind.
